Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. It also is believed that it may improve one's immune and cardiovascular systems. Trina's class is designed for all ages and levels from beginner to advanced. A slow and gentle exercise, Tai Chi is considered safe for most people. As with any exercise, please consult your physician before taking the class.
