Located next to Kenzo’s and Fish City Grill in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, this market features a mixture of local honey, free-ranged eggs, fresh greens and other artisanal goodies Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

What better way to combine healthy eating than adding in an active lifestyle? Join the instructors from Luke’s Locker as they host group exercise activities on the green, including yoga and yorunga – a combination of yoga and running. Times and days may vary, so be sure to check out the www.centralgreenpark.com or follow the park on Facebook at “CentralGreenWillowFork” for the most current schedule.

In addition to Central Green’s regular programming, the park also will debut a variety of signature events such as Radio Disney, performances from Spotlight Acting Academy and ComedySportz Houston, in addition to other community and holiday-related events. Be sure to bring your four-legged friend for Citizen’s for Animal Protection (CAP) “Howl-o-ween Dog Walk & Expo” on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. The one-mile walk will help raise funds for CAP and supplies for shelter pets.
